The design was printed onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. I mounted the main piece onto a scallop-edged card blank ,using dst. Two layers of the butterflies were added using 1mm foam pads for the first layer. I cut the top and bottom wings almost to the body on the second layer and used 2mm foam pads just on the top wings - this gives them more depth. I finisahed by adding some adhesive diamante in the corners.

What a stunning design. The colours are so subtle and blend so beautifully.
