Briar Roses on a Llace Mat Completed by Hazel Sumner

The design was printed twice onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. One of the main pieces was mounted onto a scallop-edged card blank using dst. The inner square panel was cut from the other main piece and layered using 2mm foam pads, together with one of the sentiments. The matching sentiment and one of the smaller designs were added to the inside of the card using dst.

The other small design was made into a gift card and I added a toning ribbon on the left side, a bow and some diamante to finish.

I think this is a lovely design suitable for many occasions. Its sort of gentle and pretty.
