I printed the sheet onto good quality smooth card and after cutting out i punched holes in the border, threaded co-ordinating ribbon through them and tied into a bow.I then attached the topper to an 8x8 card blank using 3d foam tape and added the decoupage elements using glue gel.A very pretty card that is suitable for lots of occasions.
