Blue Roses on a Octagonal Mat Completed by Joan Prince

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I placed some matching blue pearl gems to each corner.

The insert has decorative punched corners and has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.
