Blue Birds Over The WaterCompleted by S Bardelli

I loved making this card

The card is layered up from the insert sheet

I carefully cut around the image to create an apperture on the front of the card

Then decoupaged the middle section on the insert sheet

the card itself i used the base image again and only decoupaged the flowers and the top blue bird

this gives the card a deeper effect and looks stunning

I finished the card with a blue floral sticky ribbon, a strip of stick on gems and a blue bow
