I have printed the design onto 170gsm gloss card. I have attached the topper to a coordinating white note card blank with DST. I have attached the various elements with 3D foam pads.

I have made quite a few different ones of these and included them as part of gift sets with a decorated box.

I have included the sentiment panels, gift tags and foam pads so that the gift sets can be used as notes or cards for occasions.
