Beautiful Water coloured Roses Completed by Jayne Taplin

The image was printed onto good quality card and all of the elements were cut out. I decoupaged the layers using 3d foam pads and added glitter to the centre of the flowers and Spectrum Noir Sparkle clear to the wings of the erflies to add a bit of sparkle.

I then added liquid pearls to the top left and bottom right of the card to complete it. The topper was then added to a blank 8x8card. Very easy to make as not too much cutting out to do and you can embellish it with the glitter and pearls to enhance it.
