Beautiful Tulips

This turned out gorgeous when I used the background paper cup130110_442 Delicate Floral Embossed Blue. I used a metallic silver for the card base 2 8 1/2 x 11 which I cut and attached together to make the 8 x 8 card base. I added the cup130110_442 background to the front leaving a 1/4 inch to see the silver card. The main pic was printed onto photo paper and attached with DST. The Beautiful Tulips decoupage layer 2 was added with dimensional foam and the 3rd tulip layer was added with a green glittered foam dimensional. I hand colored the happy birthday banner to match the background and layered it also with the glittered foam.

This pattern is wonderful just by itself and really does not need anything added if you choose it for your collection. The photo is artistic with it's globe effect and colors that I really enjoy.
