Beautiful Roses on a Shaped Mat Completed by Taina Kankare

I printed the Beautiful Roses on a Shaped Mat sheet and cut all the parts out. Then I took a piece of embossed dark red color core cardstock and used my sanding tool to reveal the embossing.

Then I attached that red piece on a white base card leaving a 6 mm border. Then I attached the mat in the middle of the embossed part with double sided tape and glue. Next I attached the decoupage parts with foam pads. I had a cream sentiment, which I painted red with felt pen.

I attached it in the middle of the card (Paljon Onnea = Lots of luck or congratulations). I finished the card with star shaped pearl decorations and glossy accent.
