Beautiful Red Flowers in a Lace Frame Completed by Pamela Horton The whispering Platypus

A beautiful bright and colourful design suitable for almost every female occasion. Ceredwyn's designs are so easy to work with and always it is possible to make a quick card or spend a little more time to make your own step by step which I have done.

I made 3 copies of the sheet 2 onto matt card, and one onto gloss. From the gloss card I cut out the bow with the tails and carefully around the main red flowers, cutting away anything that wasn't part of the flowers. I cut the main framed section out from the first matt copy and added the sentiment and the gloss bow and red flowers using double sided padded tape and squares.

I made the white card 28x14cm. folded. I matted a black backing sheet to this, 13cm. square. I used the main topper, as a backing, and attached this to the black backing sheet with padded double sided tape. Before I attached the rest of the topper, I used a silver ribbon12cm long x 2cm wide and attached this with red heavy duty double sided tape on top of the stitched look ribbon already provided on the topper. I used Double sided padded tape to attach the framed red flower and bow part of the topper. And then added the sentiment.

I used the small gloss topper I had left over to make a gift card. I punched a hole in to the space where the diamond was and thread a matching red ribbon. See photograph 2 that I have provided. I also used one of the larger sentiments for the gift card.

The rest of the elements I have used for the insert for the main card.
