Beautiful Lilac Roses on a Lattace Mat Completed by Pamela Horton The whispering Platypus

A very easy, quick topper to make into a stunning card to wow any recipient.

Simply print a copy onto good quality card, cut to size and there you have it. Ceredwyn is an absolute master at providing us with such beautiful designs.

I spent a little extra time and made 3 copies, to cut and paste a card, using a step by step process. I made a deep purple main card, 26 x 13cm and folded it book wise. I used a backing sheet, 12.5cm square, that had all the multiple colours from the main image, to attach with double sided tape. I used the first copy of the main element, from the supplied sheet, to attach with padded tape, and coloured a delicately decorated peel off strip with a deep pink permanent pen, and added this to all four edges. I used the second copy to carefully cut away the lattice frame, and put it aside for later use as part of the insert, and attached this to the card front with padded tape. The third copy, I carefully cut away the lattice frame, and put it aside as well, and then also cut away next part of the backing for the flowers, keeping intact the mirror with the overhanging roses and leaves. This mirror and flowers section, I attached to the card front using padded tape. I backed a plain text box with the same coloured backing sheet and attached it with padded tape. I used a silver glitter pen to highlight the gems on the lattice backing, and made an insert from a pink pearl sheet and used the pieces of lattice, on the right hand side of the insert as a frame for the verse, and the small image supplied. I attached to the left hand side of the insert.

The result is a beautiful 3 dimensional looking card, suitable for many celebrations and ,or occasions, even sympathy.

Thank you Ceredwyn, a big hug for this beautiful design
