I printed this file onto matte photographic paper. I printed the image twice so that I could make a frame and enhance the image with decoupage, this was not necessary just personal choice.I matted the base image onto textured silver card and fixed to a white card blank.

I cut a frame from the second base image and fixed with foam strips then constructed the decoupage with silicone glue.

I fixed pearls to the centre of the stars on the frame, I matted the sentiment onto silver textured card and fixed with foam pads.

Lastly I added a toning bow.

This is a lovely image, the colours are beautiful and I think that it would make a great card for many occasions.
