This is a very pretty and unusual design.I did look at the tutorial but decided on this aoccasion to use the frame as a topper rather than freestanding.I printed this on to CUP glossy paper.I cut out the different parts .I mounted the frame on to a co-ordinating card blank.I then mounted the "picture" and sentiment as described in the tutorial.I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.A very versatile design!
