2 Lovely Toppers on a Bracket MatCompleted by Sharon Wilson

I created card background in Print Master using pink background with added frame and ribbon border. I set the Lovely Topper in the center of frame. I did elongate the mat to fit my card. This lovey Topper Bracket mat design is by Ceredwyn Macrae cup674687_1398
