After printing onto white smooth cardboard, I cut out all the elements and mounted using foam tape. I added groups of three dots created with Stickles Platinum around the elements to draw the eye.

On the base of the cup I used liquid pearls in pink to add dots to tie the card together.

I mounted (with DST) the whole topper onto a textured matching pink cardboard and cut it to size. Fell in love with design the moment I saw it - very easy to make and comes up a treat.
