I started with a 5x7 card blank landscape orientation. I covered it with a suitable backing paper. I matted the image onto red holo card, added a red feather and used foam tape to mount it to the card.
I decoupaged the layers and used Ice-stickles on the mushrooms and Star Dust Stickles on the water.
