I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. Onto a blue square card I layered a rectangle of dusky blue textured card and matted the image on foam pads at right angles to it.

I attached the blue 'gems' and flower as shown and added some glitter flourishes and the sentiment. To complete the card I used glitter glue highlights here and there. This lovely image could be used for a lot of different occasions.
