Lovely Cute Leprechaun Talking a Break

With this design I printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue card, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
