Fantasy Dragon WhispersCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out onto CUP 200gsm photo paper, I cut out and matted the base layer onto silver holo card then Ice blue silk card.

I layered up the Pyramage using CUP foam pads & 3D glue gel and just the glue gel for the Butterflies.

I added sparkle with Pinflair glitter wand around the frame & the fairy's wings, Star Dust Stickles around the Dragon, Icicle Stickles on the fairy & the butterfly wings.
