Dressed as a Clown Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white card. I used Foam Pads to stick the sentiment, and age button. I went to my craft box and found some sparkly gems which I stuck to parts of the Design.

I stuck some Red Glitter on the nose and Bow tiie. A lovely Design.
