Such a magic little card for the pre-teens... I'm sure they would love it. After printing out the sheet and cutting out the elements, I adhered the decourpage items with foam tape.

Before attaching the 'Best Wishes' sentiment - I inked around the edges in Rusty Bucket ink and adhered it too with foam tape.

I then adhered the base topper onto a matching reddish cardstock and created the card base, leaving a border around the edge to really enhance the red colour.

To embellish, I simply used some copper Liquid Pearls on the Fairy wings and on the stamens that hang down her dress.

Simply gorgeous!!!
