I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I made a 'dangle' with beads and attached it over the image, along with a brad star.

Onto a dark green textured card I matted a lime green patterned paper and then layered the image over that.

I added blue faux gems here and there, some paper flowers, the sentiment panel and a bird brad. This great portrait could be used for all sorts of occasions.
