The Blobbles had such fun playing with their balloons a few weeks ago they've bought some more and are hoping that they'll be able to take them to a children's birthday party later.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads and some sparkly gems to the eyes. (They don't seem to show on the photo) completed the card with a caption.
