A square layered card front or topper with a blue toned outer frame and tonal inner frame. The centre picture is of a handsome young boy in the rain with his new puppy sheltering under an umbrella.

There is a sentiment tag to the top left and a ribbon banner at the bottom. The sentiment tag and the ribbon banner are included as decoupage and a full set of tonal numbers are included for use on the card as desired.
