Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a light blue C5 card, then added a border all round the edges, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads

Printed on good quality card paper cut out and layered the elements with foam stick pads I trimmed with gold peel off around the edges and added the happy Birthday caption
