This is a great fun design for a young boy. I printed it on 160 gsm card and then cut it out using a Silhouette Cameo, but it could easily be cut by hand. I traced the design half an inch larger all around and cut it from blue co-ordinating card to make a backing card. The design was attached to the backing card with double sided tape and I added a birthday number and sentiment.
