Happy Clowns with Balloons in FrameCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a red C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and i then finished my card by adding a red polka dot bow at the top right, this is a terrific, bright, fun design for any youngster, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
