used A4 card fold in half , printed sheet on photo paper cut all pieces out , put main picture on gold mirror card with red top stick and stay very good, then place on card front with d/sided tape, place others on with silicone adhesive or sticky pads, then put a happy birthday one of your own choice ,then a bit of glitter
