I covered an A5 card with some blue backing paper,then printed this image twice onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted one of the images to the card,cut out the boy on his bike from the second image to decoupage up the first image,ran a wide silver peel off down one side and to this i added ab text plate, leaving space for a number peel off,then added silver corners and border.
