Blue Football Themed Card Front 1Completed by Denise Mynard

I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I built up the topper with foam pads and mounted it onto an A5 card blank; on the bottom of the card I put a football boot topper with a Happy Birthday sentiment.

His was a very simple card to make and I am sure any lad... young or old ... would love.
