Birthday Boy Quick Card with DecoupageCompleted by Susan Spencer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Children
I used 300gm linen card for the image, decoupaged various parts, and set the completed image on to 300gm red card to compliment the ribbon.
I finished off by glamour dusting the candle flames. A lovely card, easy to make.
