Used A4 card, made backing paper from base of card and stuck base and backing paper on with double sided tape, printed it out again so that I could cut the inner base out and stuck on with foam pads, which makes it stick out a little more, cut out rest of pieces and layered them with silicone glue. used the Happy Birthday and stuck on with foam pads and inserted a verse.
