Horse at the Water

I enlarged a copy of the blank tag and then printed on matte card twice, I wet glued the first print to a matching base card, then cut out the frame and the center picture from the second print and added as decoupage using foam squares as well as the sentiments.

I used gold glitter on the edges of the frame and picture and sentiments and finished with gems in the four corners.
