Happy Blooming Birthday - Teddy BearCompleted by New Beginnings

Here's a card I designed and made for my neighbor who loves to work in her flower garden. I printed the page onto premium brochure paper. Cut out the topper, image and sentiment.

Mounted the topper to a cardstock base and used some cardstock instead of foam for the layers under the image and sentiment.

It goes together quickly and turns out so cute.
