The design was printed onto photo paper then attached to dark blue cardstock and a square card. The white card was inked to appear like an additional border.
The sentiment "Whisper your Birthday Wish to a Butterfly and It will fly up to Heaven and Make it come true" was added to the insert before inking the edges and attaching to the inside of the card.
