Phanty Island Card FrontCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet onto photo paper, and cut the pieces out. I mounted the base image onto black card, then onto a 20cm x 20cm card blank. I used 1mm foam pads for the decoupage, and chose not to add a greeting.
