I printed the image onto a good quality heavyweight decoupage paper and cut out. I then used a rhinestone brad to fix the second layer of wording, so that you can move it around and still show the same wording underneath.

IUsing double sided tape I then fixed the main image onto a standard A5 card. Finally using 1mm foam pads I decoupaged the bottle tops and four floral corners and decorated with peel off wording.
