I printed this on plain card and cut out the pieces. I edged the main picture with silver peel offs.I added the bows to the top left corner and the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment across the fence using foam pads. I then attached the finished piece to a pastel green card blank using double sided tape.
A happy card and quite quick to make.
