8 x 8 Tanager BirdCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I added a Happy Birthday using Photoshop and printed the sheet twice on glossy photo paper sizing it to 5in. x 5in.

Using a 6 in. x 6in. ivory card I heat embossed a background with pearl red embossing powder. I then mounted the base sheet to the card.

I cut out the lace strip from the left side of the second image that I printed and added a black velvet ribbon along the strip.

I raised the lace strip with foam tape and added pearls using my Ice White pearl pen. This made a stunning card. I will search for black lace to use the next time I make a card from this sheet.
