Very quick and easy to make! Printed the image onto good quality card and cut out the required greeting. I then attached the topper to a blank 8x8 card and added liquid pearls to the bows on the shoes and to bottom right of the card.

I also added Wink of Stella clear pen to the flowers and gold glitter to the patterns on the shoes.

I die cut a flourish and added the topper on 3D foam pads.
