Girls Like to Party 18/21

Yay for Sistas ! And yay for my 500th CUP Card for the Gold!

This pattern is very easy to work with and it really doesn?t need anything added.

I printed this onto a glossy photo paper and cut out the main pattern pieces. I used a cream colored card for the base. Then just added the parts. I used dimensional foam in green to raise the main picture and the sister banner also. I added a little bubble tag in the left corner which says Thank you for being a great friend. Also decoupaged a line of lavender roses on the lower portion. And yes Sistas do like to party even if they aren?t still 18 or 21.
