I used a white & gold dot 8" x 8" card. Glued 4mm gold pearls on the parcel bows & champagne glasses Attached 3mm gold pearls on the border. Coloured wooden numbers "8 & 0" with a bronze Sharpie pen & then glued 3mm pearls on the numbers.
