After printing out the sheet and cutting out the elements - I began mounting the decourpage elements with foam tape.

I folded the card, and placed the Best Wishes sentiment tag on the top (with the other working as layering to add dimension).

This card makes up very quickly and looks stunning. With so many of my children's friends turning 21 this year and next I'm sure it will come in handy.
