After prepping this design I added a thin bead of black/gold glitter to out-line of the number 18, I then layered the decoupage using sticky foam pads, the whole image was then attached to black card-stock and I added gold peel-off to edges, to complete card I attached a small black marabou feather and bow and a birthday sentiment
