Sweet Birthday Girl Aged 4 with BalloonsCompleted by Suzanne Kavanagh

Birthday card for a little niece. I printed onto matt printable decoupage paper. I then used a pre printed Birthday designer paper for the background. I glittered the no. 4. & along the little girls dress & socks. I finished with pearls & gems & peel offs for sentiments.
