I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square white card. I attached the mosaic design to the card with double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I attached the Merry Go Round to the card also with double sided tape. This can be a card for a child aged 1 to 4. I attached age 3 to the card with thin foam tape.
