Happy Birthday Cake Quick Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Emma Duddridge
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Children
I printed this topper onto pearlescent card and printed an extra copy to decoupage the cake as well as the balloons.
I used DST to attach the backing paper and the base topper to a plain card and then used sticky pads to decoupage.
