Happy 3rd Birthday Mouse

I printed this on slightly textured quality card. I cut out the main element and used a pink sparkle Gelly Roll pen to highlight the inside of the ears, then added gold glitter to the bobble, present and number 3 to add some more sparkle.

I then attached this to the base card using foam pads and mounted it on a blue hammered card.
