I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces. Stuck the main image on to a 6x6 white scalloped edge card with DST and decoupaged the lamb and balloons with glue gel.

Edged the image with pink and silver edging down one edge, and pink polka dot ribbon to the other edges.

Placed a pink gem stone to each corner, silver gem dots to the number 2, and a sentiment. I finished off with a pink polka dot ribbon bow to a corner.
