Girls 1st Birthday with Cake & BalloonsCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I printed out my design onto 200 gsm card, cut out my elements and mounted onto my base card. I have trimmed with some pretty pink ribbon, some pearls and diamentes and some shine to the icing on the cake and a bit of glitter to finish.

Added the designer's greeting. Pretty.
